He likes to dart in front of you growling and then runs around, again growling. I am unsure as to what to make of this behavior or how to correct it since he doesn't stop now(before he stopped to bite on the pants).

My puppy doesnt pull my pants anymore but my bf's yes because he doesnt tell him NO so Toby thinks it's ok to do it. But when I see him doing it I tell him STOP IT or NO! He also does it when someone comes over
