i walk my dogs occasionally through my neighborhood and in the park. The park is conviniently located across from my house about a minute away. Well I respect all pet owners equally but in my dictionary all owners must have their pets on a leash not ifs ands or buts about it. i am sick of walking my dogs and people have their huge dogs loose weather it is because they are playing with them or because they won't hurt anyone, Just Put Them On A Leash. I feel violated in my time and my dogs time when I have to stop or cross to another street because a bigger dog is loose, or any dog for that matter. I have been tempted a few times to call the cops to give these people a wake up call so that they can lets us the ones with dogs on a leash walk them at piece. I can't stan this.
