Omg Help! My smart pup learned how to jump out of the playpen

Chloe has smartened up and figured out how to jump out of her playpen that I constructed from pantry closet shelving. Its about 20'' high, but shes very spunky and is a big jumper and has worked her way out of there. I keep a bed and her food/water (attached to the grates) on one side and her washable potty pad on the other side. I work M-F 9-5 most days, so with commute I am away up to 10 hrs a day. This is why I do not crate her, because I cannot come home for lunch.

Once she jumps out, she no longer can jump back in, thus, no food, water, or potty pad!!

Since she has learned how to jump out, what solutions do I have now? I want her to be comfortable as can be. I live in a townhouse and cannot baby gate her to the kitchen (open floor plan).
