Did they diagnose pancreatitis or are they not giving you answers?
If it was diagnosed as pancreatitis and she is throwing up, nothing really should be given by mouth for 24 hours including water. She may very well need to go to the vet for an IV again.
They need to keep her until she isn't throwing up and is eating okay.
Oh and as much as Science Diet is not too appetizing, they should've put her on a prescription diet and they had no good reason not to. I'm not sure why they didn't use something like I/D or W/D but, in my opinion, they better give it now...........
