Please don't feel like I was speaking specifically to you, chechinmipo, you did a good thing by talking to the woman and explaining to her the possible seriousness of the Yorkies "cough". It's hard when we see an animal we know needs more care or attention than it's getting; we want so much to help. You tried to do exactly that, and I'll bet this lady takes what you said to heart and brings her four-footed friend to the vet ASAP.
Wouldn't it be cool if a couple of weeks from now you two met at the Petsmart again and she huggs you for giving her the info she needed to make her Yorkies' life a healthy, happy one?
