Roxy lived in an play yard expen - I used only 4 panels, the bottom covered in pee pads, water bowl, and a small flat bed. The first surgery she had both done at the same time, no casts, she had the fental patch for the first 4 or 5 days, then I kept her on the Metcamp for about 3 to 4 weeks. The first 2 weeks were VERY ROUGH. I used a small baby blanket as a sling to help her potty and walk just for a few mins. As each week went by she got better and better, and she was allowed a little more walking time. Then I did expand the expen to a 6 panel rectange shaped pen. I also had to do range of motion excercise with her
