Good news! I had ordered my Talk to Me Treat Ball from Good Friends General Store. The lady was super nice when I called and was more than willing to stand behind the product. But she told me a trick to try first. You take out the batteries (there are 4 watch-type batteries), rub them with an eraser and put them back. The toy started working again no problem. Ben and Candy are both entranced by my voice talking to them again. Ben's bark is on there too as everytime I tried to record, he would hear me egging him on and he'd start barking. What did I do for amusement before I had dogs, I forget.
