I am hoping he is just still worn out from all he went through yesterday so his food dish is right beside him (he did eat a little on his own after i started syringe feeding him) and we are just keeping the kitchen quiet for him so he can rest. |
I think free feeding him is a good idea; they can use up their energy reserves so quickly and have an attack of hypoglycemia, which causes them to not have appetite. Even just a very active playtime or anxiety can do this. Having food available at all times helps prevent this. Still praying for you and Thor. By the way, it takes about 20 minutes after they eat or have nutri-cal for the blood sugar to return to normal, and for them to act normal.
