I'm also confused by the first two links you posted. The first was addressed before you even posted it by Kimberly's original link and then by Ann's link. Unless you wanted to debate the merits of kill vs. no kill shelters, which doesn't seem relevant to this particular thread, I don't get it. The second link is not an opinion, but a fact. The people were caught and charged, how do you figure that is someones opinion? As for kill and no kill shelters, they will always exist, both ways, as long as we are lucky enough to have companion animals as our pets. Course, if PETA gets it way, that will come to an end.
