Are you saying that he is just throwing up when he is in the car?
Or is he throwing up anywhere?

If the later is the case then visit the vet now. This could be one of a number of serious problems.

If he is throwing up in the car ride, it might possible be from motion sickness. Mine does not like car rides and throws up as well in the car. I have motion sickness also, so I completely understand.

Either way, a check up will not hurt!
