I am no expert, but from everything I've read a newborn pup should NOT be losing weight. I would start supplementing although since I've had no experiance with it I don't know what to tell you in the how much or often. I am sure there are threads here on the subject. There is also the sticky in this forum for a "fading puppy" recipie. You might try that.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come on to help you, but I think supplementing is needed.
