Laddy is my first yorkie but we have used the same method in training him that we used with our Poms in the past. Lots of love but firmness to correct misbehavior. I have found that if you are consistent in correction they learn very fast. What I mean is dont let bad behavior slide. Just like raising skin babies you can correct with love. With our little guy a firm voice is all it usually takes but if that fails he goes in his crate in the living room with us for 5 min and we totally ignore him. When he comes out he seems to know not to repeat the misbehavior. Also if I happen to get frustrated I find it is best for both of us to go into the other room, calm down, and then deal with it next time it happens. Laddy is almost 6 months old now and so well behaved. If you really want to keep him just try to have patients and show him lots of love.
