However, its stories such as yours that makes people such as myself NOT take their baby to the groomers because we are put with the fear of God in our hearts due to the horror story.

DO NOT be afraid to groom your pup as I was folks! Simply be prepared, as I was!
My dog and myself BOTH suffered for a year with no groom as a DIRECT result of the horror stories I read here.
There needs to be balance - when we get a good groom - lets talk about that one too... not just the bad ones. I dont want anymore babies suffering because of all of the groomer bashing as mine did.
Not fair to her or me. Humans tend to go on and on about 'bad' things but have little to say when satisfied. Im different... when Im happy about something GOOD - I find the time to talk about it.
Lets stick with the positive!
