Yes - don't panic. His post is a little high. Normal is under 20 - So this could be a mild MVD issue. What other test do they want you to do?
I would do a complete blood panel, urinanaylsis and a Protein C and then repeat the Bile Acid Test in about a month.
I would not feed anything that contains, red meat, exotic meats or organ meats, so I would pas on those yummies for now if the are the liver flavor
