Tobie has a vet appointment tomorrow to get his 4th set of shots. During our last appointment the vet gave us a puppy schedule and it says at 16 weeks of age a puppy gets its 4th set of shots and rabies vaccine. I spoke to a vet tech when I made my appointment and she says that she's sure the vet will split them up because Tobie is so small. I'm sure he will split them up too because they split up his last set of shots and the kennel cough shot.
Here's my question... The vet tech said she's not sure which one he will want to do first. What if he wants to do the rabies vaccine tomorrow and the 4th set of shots next week or even the other way around? After the stories that I have heard I'm not sure I want to do the rabies shot this soon. I might feel weird telling the vet (who obviously knows much more about animals than me) that I want to wait. When did you get your baby's rabies shot? What should I do?
He's so small, I just worry SOO much about him!
