Poor thing. It seems to me that if you sent the vet bill to them with a note they should pay you back. My girlfriend dropped her Charpei off for a bath and nail cut back,and his face and feet were bleeding

...I found a wonderfull girl that works at Petsmart.

She has such a good sence of humor and is very patient with my two. She always does them together.he blocks off 4 hours for them both. I've been very happy. I'm lucky.

I've read some very disturbing things on here about groomers. Hugs to you Bailey and momma...don't beat yourself up. Hair on the floor is expected. The dish soap is a bit harsh,I could see baby shampoo. Good Luck,I hope it doesn't scar.
