yea i kno they can be hard to work with but the were not a bit remorseful over it, it was as if it was routine likeit happens alot you kno? and as far as the hair goes...this is not from being busy it was in corners around cages and had been there along time,they were working on two dogs...i could see the area but until i stood up when i heard her yelp i could not see the conditon of the floor or the dog in the tub...it was horrible i should have snapped a pic,you simply cannot imagine, i feel so terrible for not checking it out fully first
