One word for you, Puppymills!
Ok, I know it's suppose to be two words. Really, this is just a broker who sells the dogs from various breeders. So many states have such lax laws regarding kennel conditions. Breeding dogs live their lives in agony. Don't enable these breeders to continue, look for a breeder where you can personally inspect how the dogs are raised; this is the only way you can be sure you aren't contributing to the torture of millions of dogs. Like the others have said there is no such thing as a teacup, and this is a HUGE red flag. All yorkies are in the Toy classification, and breeders who use the word "teacup" are trying to mislead the public, or are really ignorant about breeding. Generally speaking, those Yorkies, are not only not smaller than average, they tend to be over standard. Find a breeder who breeds to "standard" which is 7 pounds and under. This is the best way to find a smaller yorkie.
