I was wonder, first did you go back to your breeder frm subang.....ask the breeder further question. If the matters about 'white blood cell', it's means this is genatic. & they still sell you the yorkie.
On the other hand, i understand your feeling toward Benji. If can, try to get second opinion or just follow back the current Vet's instruction.
