Default Bred for show

Hi

I have contacted the secretary of our local Yorkie Club, and she has put me in touch with a breeder.

The man she put me in touch with has one of her own pups, and she let him breed it one time, but says most go with no breeding contracts.

Anyway, I was chatting to the breeder, and apparently the mother was bred for show, and has a longer back, and longer legs than their last Yorkie.
Does this sound reasonable. Would there be a difference in the bloodlines of a show dog. The stud was also a show dog.

They will give me a call when I can go and see them. They are only 4 weeks old, so said to leave it for a few weeks.

Feel a lot happier going down this route than the ads in the paper, even if we do have to pay more and wait longer.
