hehe - All yorkies seem to have different hair ...some grow fast and some grow slow.
I have 2 that have long hair but each grows very differently - a good shampoo and keeping it tangle free is the best start for your little girl - We happen to use Chris Christensen products and I really noticed a change in Chanel's hair after I started using it about a year ago
