I use a bikini trimmer( I call it something else
...) and it has all sorts of attachments. Because its smaller and runs off a battery I find it SOOOOO much easier to work with. BUt anyways I use it to even trim the feet and of course her bum and girly areas and the tip of her ear. It cost $6 at walmart. Highly recommend one!
