The vet called to say last night they were waiving all fees to do with the care she received after the spay.
The insurance does not cover routine and elective procedures such as the spay, and also doesnt cover complications, so I rang to cancel it and they said while the vets fees couldnt be claimed, the purchase price could be.
I think Millie has been working her magic.
While we were prepared to pay whatever it took to get Millie better, financially now this means it makes it that bit easier to get a new puppy.
