i don't think so. i think girls tend to dress them up more but not all girls dress their yorkies up. i guess it's easier for a girl to go by little pink outfits and bows
my ex bf (who bought nala) comes and gets nala quite often when he is off he will keep her overnight. he says she is the first "little" dog that he has ever liked.
