Also, what Obie was saying earlier, if I read correctly, was that Skippy was vetted and neutered before he was surrendered to the shelter. It seems Obie had some kind of contact with Skippy's owner but couldn't get the owner to release Skippy to Obie and now Skippy's with the rescue? That's what I got from the post(s).
Anyway, I'm glad someone here might be able to adopt him. I would have thought the foster mom would be so crazy about the cutie pie that she'd want to keep him forever and no one will ever be good enough!
