what the commerical does NOT tell you is that this is basically just a dremmel. It can still be very dangerous with our long haired pups= if a piece of their hair touches the dremmel- it will get caught and rip it out. I think the commercials do a horrible job selling this product because it is not that easy. I used to use a dremmel on Layla but the stress of trying to not get her hair caught was too much on us both.
