Misdemeanor charges? Alot of you know how I feel about puppy mills. What I want to say here I can't. This amounts to nothing short of torture. Video cannot lie. She needs to be found guilty and punished. This video needs to get out so people can see. The usda in this country is a joke. These dogs need to be taken away now!!
