whenever you are writing a new thread or a response you just have to scroll down past the icons, to where it says "attach files" and click on the blue box that says "manage attachments". a new window will open so you can upload the pictures (if they are too big it wont work, but it will let you know if it hasnt gone through). then you can close that window once it has says they have been uploaded. then you just hit submit!
