I know what you mean by not wanting people at your house. I have sold a lot of stuff on craigslist before, horses, furniture, etc, and in todays world you have to be very cautious. I have always made sure that either my husband is home, or another friend or relative when someone comes over. It's been on the news a lot anymore that people are getting killed after having someone reply to, or they reply to, an ad on craigslist or something. I also have a nice handgun accessable as well. You can never be too careful.
