ya i guess Id bring wee pads adn take her out as much as you can while in the condo.

What about taking the opportunity to teach the triplets how to properly play with the dog...like show them how to throw the ball or toy of choice, show them how to pet the dog on the floor, explain how they have to be very careful not to step on him/her and how you have to be very gentle. At seven they should comprehend the gentle concept. That being said I still would keep your little one right near you with a leash, etc and never leave kids/pup unattended......because the little one is so fragile and kids are kids.
