I think you're both right! I went to the videomaker's youtube site, and the user's name is Raphy. At the beginning of the vid, they call the dog something that sounds like Rocky but could be Raphy. And in the end, I think they're saying "good dog, Raphy." Not good girl.

I left a comment on the site to get to the bottom of it!
