He doesn't understand what is going on,he probably feels like you won't be comming back.
When I was in the hospital for almost two weeks in January,my family said they were really sad and just layed around.
the day I came home all of them rushed me and made the weirdest sounds, kissing and licking me for dear life.They missed me and thought I had abandoned them.They all followed me like my skin for a month.
So I would agree he is unsure of what is to come. Just spend as much time as you can petting him and reassuring him when you do see him that all is fine and he will pick up your energy and should calm down. |
