Anyways, I'm not sure how long of a trip from here to PA would be... are you driving? How old is Abbey? If you are driving, you can always stop on the way up there to let her out to walk and potty. I took Baxter to Pinehurst and to South Carolina (at different times) and he made it okay without any stops. That was only two hours, though.
If she lives three flights up, then get prepared for some exercise!
And if you don't trust your furbaby around the triplets, and you don't want to keep her in her crate, then I would keep her on a leash. Personally, I would probably just hold her the whole time I was visiting.
