SO excited! It seems like just yesterday I got Baxter!! (He's five months old! And about to get neutered! YIKES!
) Anyways, everyone on here is really helpful and you will get LOADS of advice!
Firstly, everyone has their own opinions on the best dog food. I personally have been feeding Baxter Royal Canin, and I and Baxter both really love it. Once he gets old enough, they have it specific for Yorkshire Terrier.
I am still housebreaking Baxter. I started off using pee pads, and this only confused him. I ultimately wanted him using the potty out doors, and I should have never used the pee pads. He is finally beginning to understand to go outside. A lot of people would suggest waiting to take your girl outside until she has had all of her shots. I took Baxter out before he had all of his and he was O.K. If you have your own yard, I wouldn't be too worried about taking her out early. Others will probably have better advice on this...
And finally, I really think Chanel is a cute name. I also really like the name Bella... A lot of people here have girlie's named Bella.
