sounds like you got what you paid for. sure, you can get a less expensive Yorkie but i doubt if you could get one like yours for less. I doubt if you could find a small female from a show breeder for much less even if she had a few flaws making her pet quality. Not saying you can't get a cute wonderful Yorkie for less.........Just show breeders that are working on perfecting the breed ask a lot of money for all of their years of work.

Might be cheaper in different parts of the country??? but I think you did well! In California if you wanted that quality of dog you might have to get on a waiting list AND pay a little more.
