Ok! We've found out the "blood" spots was actually nail polish. Thank goodness! And i took macy in today to the vet to make SURE, and he said shes NOT in heat.
He only tries to do this when she gets him all riled up. She has a habit of provoking him. So we are thinking its a dominance issue!
