I would be very leary of this, you need to have a contract written by an attorney, but at the same time.... NO ADULT CAN HAVE A CONTRACT WITH A MINOR... said contract would be null and void if it was with a minor (this is why minors can't have a car in their name alone, at least not in my state)
so, even if anyone here "signs" your contract... it would mean NOTHING and you can do as you wish with those pictures.
I not usually into "googling" anyone, but when someone mentioned it I became curious and checked it out.
If you are really that interested in helping puppy mills, go out and educate the public on where pet store puppies come from, what puppy mills are about- you need no money for that.... donate your time to shelters, they are always in need of volunteers... don't use peoples emotions to promote your "business" you can do so many things to help without the need of money to help animals.
It all may sound mean, but I hate to see anyone just give their permission to use their pics for someone elses gain, because they feel they will be helping put a stop to puppy mills.... most of the time when a person does a "charity" thing like you are claiming you are doing, they take out their expense of doing said project and donate the rest, they don't keep any of it.
Also- if your true goal is to financially help put a stop to puppy mills, you need to get in contact with the government, set up a non profit business, become legit, and people would be willing to "help"... because then they will without a doubt know this is for real. |
I am going to address everything you said.
First off Myspace and the car I want. Myspace does not allow anyone under the age of 16 on. You have to put 16 or over.. If you had looked further down you would have seen where I put my birthdate, saying I'm really 15. Many kids on Myspace do this.. Yes I do want a car. I wrote that a while back. I still want that car. I'll get a "real job" and try my hardest. I don't know where you read I have $7,000 in the bank. I currently have $100, and no bank account. You might have read where it says my family is considering giving me $7,000 (doubtful now because of Katrina) and yes, I would need $3000 more for my "dream car".
Half of the money from this IS going to charity. And trust me, even if its $60 I'm coming back here with proof of where it went just to show you guys I'm not lying. A picture of the reciept (spelling) or written letter saying what I've donated or something. Half is going to my family because we were affected from Hurricane Katrina. We are having to move into a cheaper house in a worse neighborhood because of it. We only had $10 for grocerys last week because of it. If I can help my family out with doing this I am going to. This hurricane came at a bad time for us. Many people after hearing that tell me to keep all the money, but I cannot be that selfish.
I did not know about the contract thing. I know this project isn't going to work now (thanks) but if it was, than I would have done that, and gotten a legal contract.
You tell me to educate people on puppy mills. Ha! I DO! I pass out flyers when I can, I talk to people about it, I have talked many people out of buying from pet stores and have educated many clueless people about it. I hate puppymills with a passion and say something negative about them to someone almost every day.
But screw my idea of rasing thousands of dollars for puppymills. Guess I'm just a lying teenager. Thank you guys. I could have made a difference, but I think I am giving up entirely now. If you all even had the least amount of respect you could AT LEAST private message me with your opinions or questions. I would never be so downright rude and mean to you..
