You have a new puppy and they will at times get over excited and bark and bite
it's part and parcel of being a puppy
when this happens in a pack the alpha dog will put a quick stop to this by nipping the dog at the scruff of the neck
I'm not telling you to bite your dog but you MUST like with a child make it known what behaviors you are willing to accept and what behaviors you are not
and barking and biteing I'm suggesting you put high on the No list
when she bites it's NO! and all play and attention stops
barking if it becomes excessive similarly is stopped by getting their attention ... enough to get them to stop
a NO BARK!
or a clap of the hands
a whistle
even a water pistol can be used
and it gets repeated everytime they begin barking again
