EXTREMELY WELL!! No accidents, went straight for the pad, didn't cry when we put him in his crate, but this morning he went number 2 on the carpet. I've read tons of threads saying other people have problems with their pups peeing but not going number 2 on the pads! I guess persistance is the answer??
