Sorry, I know this is probably info overload. When I joined this forum I was like holy cow, I didn't realize how much I didn't know about the yorkie breed or dogs in general. Previously in my family, we owned a siberian husky and we never read any books on training or even searched the web for info. Luckily he lived a very healthy life until he was 14 yrs old at which he had cancer and we had to put him to sleep (RIP Puppy, yep that's his name). |
No.. Harness is what we use and it works great. I don't believe in that choker thing either. I don't care if he's always pulling on it - that's why its on. I'd care more if he was a big dog, because that would wear me out.
