Sorry, I know this is probably info overload. When I joined this forum I was like holy cow, I didn't realize how much I didn't know about the yorkie breed or dogs in general. Previously in my family, we owned a siberian husky and we never read any books on training or even searched the web for info. Luckily he lived a very healthy life until he was 14 yrs old at which he had cancer and we had to put him to sleep (RIP Puppy, yep that's his name).
No.. Harness is what we use and it works great. I don't believe in that choker thing either. I don't care if he's always pulling on it - that's why its on. I'd care more if he was a big dog, because that would wear me out.
