The children ended up getting severe virus-like symptoms. They weren't getting any better and took them to the Dr. It turns out the kids ended up "catching" parvo virus from the dogs. It wasn't live threatening, but very hard on the kids who had flu-like virus symptoms for a long while.
Just make sure that you clean your home to get rid of all the sickness. I know we all worry about our dogs getting it but not many people know that children (especially young ones) can also get the virus. |
Thanks so much for sharing your story. all 3 of my babies are doing good. No sickness. They do keep asking about Snowball. My 2 year old called him kitty because he was so furry. So he keeps asking "wheres kitty mommy" lol. We miss him alot and pray everynight that noone will ever have to go through that.
