StewiesMom, sorry about the loss last night.
As far as the collar goes, when I took Crystal to obedience training; people
warned me trainers are not used to these tiny ones and not to use a choke
chain. Thankfully my trainer knew I should not. While you are at home
I would put a harness on Eddy and when you start to walk him and when he pulls
JERK him back like there is no tomorrow and keep doing it until he knows
you are not walking until he learns not to pull. I think those of us who
don't have a fenced in yard or lots of space to let them run and do have
to walk them everyday, start out with this alittle sooner. Good Luck with
