Yoda was sooooooooo tiny when we first brought him home. We took him to a friend's house and let him roam around, but mainly we just held him and petted him, as he was a bit timid and I'm sure he was scared of the new surroundings and environment. I'd say just take it easy the first few days, and let your new baby adjust to the surroundings. And make sure everything you need is at your home, like food, water bowl, some toys, etc.
