I would be far too scared to incubate like this

Since I've never done it before I want to give all the eggs the best possible chance and am seeing this as a hobby.I know I won't make any profit and its going to cost me money

(especially to get started) but I rarely go out and have few other hobbies to spend my money on and I'm sure the kids will get alot out of this too.
