Ok, so here is my input on Vectra 3D. I finally decided to get a puppy (I grew up with them but knew I should wait until I was stable to get my own as an adult) which happens to be a purebred shih-tzu. I luv my Mater and decided I wanted to keep him as protected as possible. My vet said this was my best option due to having neighbors that aren't as concerned with their dogs fleas, etc. as I am. Now my shih-tzu luvs being outside........ anyhow I am getting side-tracked. This is his 3rd month on it and I just found 4 baby ticks and a large one from just playing outside off and on today. I have found fleas over the whole 3 months. I know they were from today seeing as how he is brushed daily to prevent mats etc in his hair. So I am calling the vet tomorrow and having this replaced with frontline which the breeder told me from day one I should have gotten. is my vote on this "awesome new product". hmph. i am so upset that my puppy has gone through this today
