I have the harness dresses for Pita, they are just 2 velcro tabs, they go on very fast! Barkindogclothes.com makes them, as do most of the other pet clothes sites. I don't have a problem with Pita breaking thro them, the worst thing is sometimes her hair gets caught in the velcro and she hates it when I have to take it off. |
