Tachy=fast; Tachypnea = fast breathing.
First and foremost, I would not get any shots whatsoever since this dog might be ill - that could be very dangerous.
Tachypnea happens for some reason and it really needs to be checked further. If she was in stomach/digestion pain, then she may have been breathing fast due to pain.
What do you mean by "spasm" though? I'm still not clear on that.
