The 2007 recall was on both dry and wet, cat and dog foods involving the venison formula with or without "rice" stated in the ingredients list. Diamond Food is involved with NB's dry while Animal Nutrition Inc. handles NB wet. NB's own facility does the rolls/treats. I guess they're doing their own QC.

No worries about the current Venison and Sweet Potato formula as that was a replacement for their Venison and Rice.

They have a faithful following, so I guess they must be alright.
