That is really heartbreaking. What a poor little baby. I, too agree that anyone that has interest in a small breed animal should thoroughly do their homework. I was happy to hear the man tucked her into his coat as the weather was bad. It did sound as though she was loved at least...maybe just not cared for in the way she deserves to be. |
