Loss of appetite and lethargy can be very bad signs in a dog...I guess I don't understand why you won't take this baby to a vet when he has so many issues, according to your posts.

I agree. Nutrical is great for tiny young puppies, but a five pound seven month old Yorkie with a poor appetite and lethargy doesn't need Nutrical, he needs to see a vet. He definitely needs a bile acids test to check his liver function since liver shunts are so common in Yorkies.
